Artist Alley Request Form

Artist Alley Submissions are CLOSED!

Please fill out the form below and submit your information for Ushicon’s Artist Alley. Tables are $40 and you can have up to 2 helpers for an additional $25 each. We will keep submissions open for the month and close them the night of September 30th. We’ll notify our lottery winners in October and table payments can be made then to secure your spot.
